When we get a new idea in our head, we let it grow. We cultivate it, revisit it, discuss it, and refine it until we’re ready to share it with our favorite people (you).

In our office, we’ve been talking for a long time about offering a more bespoke, long-term research service. We wanted to create something that helps our clients integrate research into their day-to-day operations in a seamless, meaningful way. We wanted something that gives them both flexibility and depth, a service that harnesses our creativity with data to answer the real questions and challenges you face.

So we listened. We explored, we debated, and we asked our clients what they truly needed. We reached out to industry experts, floated ideas, and gauged interest. And here’s what we came up with.

We’re thrilled to introduce the Research Partner Program: a flexible, retainer-based service designed to transform research from a one-off project into an ongoing strategic advantage.

But if you’d rather stay right here, here’s the gist: You invite us to become your research partner for either 6 or 12 months. We onboard deeply—learning everything about your data, your goals, your reporting timelines, and your audiences. You tell us what kind of insights, reports, or presentations you need, and we dedicate our hours to delivering clarity and confidence at every turn.

It’s a true partnership. We become an extension of your team, helping you make sense of the noise, connect the dots, and move from information overload to strategic action. With two flexible levels of support, which we call Essential Insights (45 hours per quarter) and Full-Spectrum Insights (90 hours per quarter), you can choose the approach that best matches your needs.

The Research Partner Program includes everything from visitor segmentation and KPI tracking to product testing and stakeholder-ready presentations. It’s all about using research to build stronger cases, smarter strategies, and measurable results that move your destination forward.


Why We Cultivated the Research Partner Program

This program grew from a gap we noticed again and again. We love designing big, comprehensive research projects and presenting the final story to our clients, but we know research needs don’t stop there.

We saw that many clients needed ongoing support, not just a final report. Sometimes, they needed help sifting through existing data, answering new questions as they arose, or translating complex findings into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders.

We wanted to be that flexible, dependable partner who’s there when you need to talk through new challenges, make sense of fresh data, or prep for a big board meeting. The Research Partner Program grew from whiteboard brainstorms, shared docs, PDF mock-ups—and, most importantly, conversations with past clients who told us exactly what they needed.

(We even toyed with calling it "Your Research Bitc..." but decided that was a touch too bold. Still too funny not to share.)
